Bring Your Mission Into the Resource Installation
Guidon Austin believes that meaningful community relationships are built when organizations come together to support one another.
We invite nonprofits, veteran service organizations, community groups, and local service organizations to participate in the 2026 Austin Marine Corps Birthday Ball Resource Installation.
This is an opportunity to share your mission, connect with Marines, veterans, military families, and community leaders, and introduce your organization to others who are making a difference throughout Central Texas.
Your Nonprofit & Community Booth Includes
One designated Resource Installation booth space
Space for up to 2 organization representatives
1 General Admission Ball ticket — $175 value
Opportunity to share your nonprofit's mission, programs, services, and community resources
Direct engagement with military members, veterans, families, and community organizations
Opportunity to develop partnerships and strengthen your organization's community presence
Nonprofit & Community Booth — $100 Suggested Donation
Our goal is to bring together organizations that serve and strengthen the Austin community.
Important Ticket Information
Your booth registration allows up to two representatives to participate in the Resource Installation.
Your registration includes one General Admission ticket to the Marine Corps Birthday Ball.
If your second representative wishes to attend the Ball, an additional admission ticket must be purchased separately.
After You Reserve
Guidon Austin will contact your organization to coordinate booth representative names, Ball ticket guest information, setup requirements, accessibility, parking, and event-day details.
